Richard Lincoln has been great, and thought I didn’t get to speak with him as much as I’d like to, I approached it with the assumption he is a professional and knows what he’s doing. I rightfully assumed that if he had concerns he would express them, and he has done excellent work. Though no renewal is going to happen it was not due to poor quality of work. Fernando was here yesterday to install a Cisco Meraki Firewall and it turned out to be an all day ordeal. I just want you to know how awesome he was!!!! What should’ve only taken him an hour or two turned into 8 hours due the separate networks that we have within our clinic. He had to talk to Toyos Clinic IT and Vision Group Holdings IT to figure out the complex manner in which our clinic is set up. I can not tell enough how helpful, polite, courteous and knowledgeable he was during this process.
You are very lucky to have a great employee like Fernando!

Scotty went out to a customer site today and was wonderful. Not only did he fix their issues, he found others and fixed those as well. He called the site contact and asked if they needed anything else done. He followed every procedure we have in place or check in and out and more importantly the customer was thrilled we sent such a knowledgeable tech. Thanks, Lois.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the tech Chris who went out for this TU. He showed up early and called to run through his mental checklist of prep work to minimize time during the turn call such as locating and staging all equipment, finding the existing AP on site so he could swap it out for the BlueSocket we would be installing, and running any additional wiring.
While the TU wasn't successful today, he was very patient and a great help overall. I will be requesting him again in the future! J"
